Arai Vector 2 Loop Helmet
This Vector II replaces my older Vector, much the same helmet but it has some thoughtful improvements. It feels lighter and a bit more compact, the view port is wider, and the vents are improved. This is a good, no frills helmet that gets the job done. It also seems a bit more quiet but that is probably due to the new snug fit. It is hard to go wrong if this fits your head shape.
As usual, the standard Revzilla shipping delivered it quickly.

Great helmet for the money
Helmet fits great. And flow keeps your head cool and the mask clear.

Worth the $$$
A minor collision with a sideview mirror in my Bell Bullit necessitated a new helmet purchase. The near miss was a reminder of the importance of safety so I spent more for an Arai. While I miss the super cool retro look of the Bullit, the Arai is vastly more quiet and aerodynamic and that alone is worth the money. The inside padding encases my noggin better, thanks in part to Revzilla's great customer service tips on fitting. Air flow and vision are all great. Here's hoping I won't need to test Arai's great reputation for safety...

I'll make this sweet and simple. This is a great helmet with one MAJOR flaw. It is way too loud. So loud I cannot use my Sena headset, and on longer rides I feel I need to wear ear plugs. The fact that my old 100$ Scorpion helmet is much quieter is pretty frustrating considering the amount this helmet cost.

I got this helmet right before a 4000 mile road trip over two weeks. Here are my observations during the break-in period.
Slightly short (chin sticks out a bit)
Poor front vent placement (I ate a few bugs)
Chin strap not well positioned for helmet lock
Louder than helmets I've had in the past
I have a... long face, so I was initially pretty worried that my chin was sticking out too much, but as the foam was broken in, it because a bit less noticeable.
The lower front vent placement on the inside is the only real gripe I have with the product. If the holes were placed just slightly wider, I wouldn't have to drink bug puree.

I could not be more happy with this helmet and with Revzilla in general. My items were shipped and delivered extremely fast. The customer service through Revzilla is outstanding. The helmets fit great and look awesome.

Great entry-level to the mid-price range!
First time rider, but not a first time helmet user.
I definitely have an intermediate oval head, but slightly "filled" cheeks. I got the XL that came with 20mm cheek pads (despite the manual saying it'd come with 25mm). Regardless, I was able to pull off 5mm and it is PERFECT.
I also just went with the Diamond Black - gloss finish with metallic flakes. Just enough "pop", but nothing flashy. The SAI lens system took a bit of time to get used to, but switching lenses is simple and quick.
Air flow is great. I live in tropical weather, where heat AND humidity is a factor and I have no problems staying cool with this helmet.
Again, for under $500, it's great quality with decent amount of "features" and design advantages. Love mine and looking forward to keeping this in use for a long time.

Finally a comfortable helmet!
Spent a lot of time trying on helmets with no success. Read about aria helmets and thought the price was higher than some but if it fits it's worth it. This helmet is so comfortable and light weight I would recommend it to anyone, especially a female! The comfort with the cheek pads are beyond expectations. I had the most trouble finding the right fit before this helmet. Smells were too small and mediums were too big. The size small in the aria helmet fit as though it were custom made. The view is amazing and the vents are great. This helmet has everything a beginner to intermediate could need. I need to spend more time switching shields though as it's easy to take off but more difficult to put back on. I am extremely happy with my purchase!!!
