I LOVE my Arai Signet-Q mask.
This is simply the best full face helmet i've ever worn in 30 years of riding!

Arai Signet Q in Medium Size
As with all Arai's I have ever tried, this Signet Q is a lightweight, comfortable, cool helmet that, for me, is worth the price of admission. The helmet's comfort and light weight are the compelling factors. I have not found another helmet with this shell shape and level of comfort.

Quality Helmet / full features
This helmet is light, and comfortable. Air flow is exceptional!
I purchased it in the fall, a little chilly with out added headgear.
I am riding on the east coast now and loving the warm weather rides. A little noise when my head tilts, This is a quality helmet, my first Arai and not my last!

Overpriced
For one of the most expensive helmets on the market, I'm not impressed. I even had to file a complaint with the BBB as the pin lock visor had cosmetic anomalies and the visor pin lock screws came stripped (and I didn't want to incurr the cost of shopping it all back to them for what was a problem with their manufacturing process).
The helmet itself fits great and is extremely comfortable. It does kick off a fair bit of noise, but is generally well built. The uClear system also mounts beautifully inside the cheek pads, which is terrifix. However, the visor fogs quite a bit (I came from a Scorpion which is actually quite legendary to fog only in extreme cases) and Arai's customer service was actually pretty terrible. You're either funneled through some online ticket system, or hunt for a number and get a snarky woman who promises to call you back but never does.
Sorry, I can't recommend them nor can I really justify the quality for the price. I think I'll give Shoei a try on the next run.
PS: Arai did send me a new pin lock and visor bolts (I guess they didn't want to pony up for a new visor with the bolts already attached) but I did have to escalate the matter. If customer service is important to you, I'd be cautious with these guys.

First Helmet
I was very weary of the price being the high cost of being a new rider needing a full set of gear. HELMETS KEEP YOU ALIVE. This being said I felt I shouldn't skimp. I am so glad I didn't. It fits spectacularly and has a lot of amazing features I didn't even realize till I bought it. Crazy customizable vent system which is amazing. I also have a very small head (I'm female) and it fits better than ANY other helmet (I tried em all). BUY THIS HELMET! You will not be disappointed :)

Arai Products are the Best
I have owned an Arai helmet before. I tried another helmet last year.
This year I came back to Arai because of the fit and wide vision and air flow vents. I like all the safety features. The comfort of the Signet-Q is awesome as I don't have a round head!
Don't think another helmet will ever fit me as well as Arai will!!

Love this helmet
I previously wore a more round-shaped model from another brand in size XL (the correct size for my measurement). I noticed that it fit perfectly snug front to back, but had quite a bit of space on the sides. Clearly my head shape was more narrow/long oval than I realized when I bought my old helmet. I tried the Arai Signet-Q and found that I was able to go down to a size L and the helmet fits PERFECTLY in all dimensions. It's lightweight, very well made with high quality materials, and looks great. It's quieter than my old helmet as well.
Some people complain about the Arai system for swapping out the visor, but if you follow the instructional video on Revzilla, it's very easy to get the hang of...it's all about learning the technique. I swap between the clear visor and silver mirrored visor several times per week, very simple. I've even been able to swap them without removing the helmet.
Highly recommend.

Great Helmet fits great
Very comfortable helmet. I always felt pressure from any other helmet I wore on my forehead - this fits my long head - very happy with this purchase. Was great to go to revzilla in Philly and try this on - great selection of helmets
