Really the only helmet recently in production that fits long oval heads. the Bell Zephyr was a good long oval shape for cheap (sucky helmet but it was 50 bucks and fit).
Sadly the signet Q is not the same shape as the profile. it is significantly less oval comparatively.
Overall, if you have a long oval head buy this before its too late and you can't get anything.

I have a narrow head that is oval from the top or the front and this helmet fits me very well. It is very comfortable, quiet, and has great air flow.
The only thing I would like is a pin lock visor that could easily accommodate a tinted shade. Wearing polarized sunglasses under the visor didn't work, as there were strange colors produced when light came through both surfaces. Plain sunglasses worked fine.
