AltRider Ducati Multistrada 1200 Water Pump

Keep your water pump working with the AltRider Water Pump Guard for the Ducati Multistrada 1200. Made of a high-temp, abrasion and impact resistant engineering polymer, the AltRider Water Pump Guard closely echoes the contours of the OEM water pump cover. The design allows it to take impact and distribute the force more evenly, so no one area is hit hard enough to puncture or fracture the pump. The guard attaches to the existing water pump fasteners, using supplied stainless fasteners and cast in place aluminum spacers.

An easy install The product fits perfectly and is very easy to install. You just need to find our the torque rating for these bolts. The only thing I don't like is that AltRider doesn't supply you with black headed bolts. Other than that it looks like it would hold up to a crash and save your water pump! April 12, 2013
