When you kick down your side stand during a break in your ride, you want to be able to depend on it to keep your BMW from falling. The AltRider Side Stand Foot for the BMW F 650 GS Twin provides a larger footprint to support the weight of your bike on soft ground.

Made from hefty 1/8 inch stainless steel, this foot features a 3D tread that provides traction for your boots. It is the most ergonomic design on the market, allowing easy deployment of the side stand while still on the bike. The AltRider foot also clamps down on the actual foot of the side stand with Torx fasteners, which means it will remain tight even after months of use. No more rattling or stripped fasteners.

Great Value The AltRider stand is everything it is advertised to be. Enlargens the footprint of the factory side stand to keep it from sinking in less than favorable terrain and is made in the USA. It was in stock as well. Can't go wrong March 4, 2013
Solid but fits small Quite a good product overall, but it's just a bit too small for my 2011 F650GS. After lots of trial and error, I couldn't get all five fasteners on. I left one off, but it seems to be holding fine. Be sure to use Loctite. August 27, 2012
Perfect solution All Alt-Rider products are of superb quality, so no need to comment on that. This stand solves the problem of the OEM small "footprint". You can now park anywhere and not worry about the surface. I have parked on asphalt, sand, grass, concrete, and rocks with no problems. I highly recommend this product. April 30, 2012
