Makes riding much more comfortable
It does make riding long distances more comfortable, I've ridden up to 14 hours with it. I'm glad I bought this, but I wish I bought a S/M. I have a 34 inch waist and I'm usually a Medium, but that one felt really small. As the belt breaks in a bit it stretches so that would have been right size (when riding without the removable kidney liner). The little rubber velcro supports that go on over the front belt have little rubber nubs that started messing up the inside of my jacket, so I cut them off. I've ridden 12,000 miles with it now and it's starting to show some wear and the velcro is starting to separate from one of the rubber supports, but it's still kicking.

Looks great and functional
Great support, I have lower back issues following surgery and this provides some great support for the longer rides. Fits on the small side so not for portly dudes.
