Love these gloves!
These gloves are very comfortable and fit true-to-size.

Nice gloves for what they are. Would not want to go down on the tarmac with this little protection
Overall a good pair of casual and low intensity summer riding gloves. Really look nice too. Fit is good, no issues and quality very good. Above average for purchase value. No complaints at all.

Fine if you don't mind blackblack or blue fingers
These gloves had the potential to be rated 5 stars. They are comfortable, grip well, and seem to be well made. Unfortunately every time I wear them, my fingers are black afterwards. I do not have moist hands, and the weather hasn't been too hot when riding. Total disappointment.

Great first pair of gloves
Bought these as my very first pair of gloves. So far I have loved them! My only real complaint (if you want to call it that) is that the Velcro gets caught on the top of the fingers when I'm securing it. It has caused some fraying and fuzziness. The material on the palm has also started to pill a little. But of course this is after wearing the gloves 4-5 days a week all summer. I will likely purchase a new pair of gloves for next summer. These gloves are good for summer weather, and only on the hottest of days (90+ degrees) did they feel a little too warm; they also were adequate for the cooler mornings on my rides to work (about 60 degrees).
Overall I highly recommend these gloves if you are not a fan of the longer goblet style.
As far as sizing, I did measure at a medium but following others recommendations I went with the large...it was a perfect fit! And I do have fairly long skinny fingers.

Decent for what it is
I think it is definitely small comparing to other gloves I have tried, I have relatively small hands but medium was just snug already. Airflow is very good so if it's slightly cold, your hands would be cold! comfortable, quality is ok, seems could be tearing up after a while, but it's priced at what it is.

Not the worst glove in the world
It's time I shelled out more money for proper summer gloves.
I got a cheap pair of gloves from a local Honda dealer, and promptly destroyed them by laying my KLR down on a county road trying to keep up with a friend on a WR450. Silly idea, needed new gloves, glad I was wearing something at least, but wanted a little more protection. Got some cheap-but-not-as-cheap gloves that I wore twice and discovered I was allergic to the neoprene compound. Gave them to a friend and as it was getting colder bought some winter gloves.
Spring time came around and it was time for summer gloves again. Being the cheappo that I am, I again opted for cheap gloves. This time however I was going to go with a reputable brand, so I picked these Alpinestars. Found they fit extremely small, but once on were relatively comfortable and provided great airflow in the Texas heat.
My pleasure with them was short lived. Within just a few rides the mesh was deteriorating all over, but worst on the fingers. I was always careful when I put them on to grab the palm of the glove to pull it down over my hand, and now the leather palms are splitting in half! Granted, I ride a lot. I often commute to work which is about 110mi round trip, so I know that I'm going to wear on my gear more than the Sunday morning rider. But three months and they're almost useless for protection.
Do not recommend these at all. Spend a few more dollars and get gloves that don't fall apart without making it through one season.

A good light basic summer glove
It doesn't offer the most protection but it is adequate and inexpensive.

Bought these gloves for my wife and she loves them. They are comfortable even on hot humid days.
