Great Good looking, well constructed I recommend this product January 26, 2016
Comfortable glove Great glove. Originally a medium but large in alpine stars. Comfortable with great protection. January 19, 2016
Low Quality for the price I purchased a pair of Large Red, White and Blue gloves after speaking with someone about changing from the Alpinestar GP Plus gloves which fit me a bit too tightly in a size Large. The gloves look amazing and the fit is much better than on the GP Plus gloves however after only having worn them twice the stitching is already torn on one of the fingers. I am very disappointed as I have a ton of other AS gear and it has never been of this same quality. January 12, 2016
Great gloves Reading reviews helped me get the proper size glove so I'm here to do the same. The fit guide had me between a large and xl. I hesitated buying the xl's because of a couple reviews from guys about my size. I tried some other xl alpine stars at a dealer and they were too small. I'm 6-3 and weigh about 230lbs. The xxl's fit me like a... glove. These are also much better quality than any previous bike gloves I've owned. No regrets. December 14, 2015
Alpine GPX Gloves I have always used A*'s gear, mainly short cuff, blended material gloves. I switched to the GPX for the all-leather construction and extra protection provided by wrist guard and fourth and fifth finger bridge. This is an excellent glove for three season riding as it provides adequate ventilation on hot days. I was worried that the extra wrist guard would eliminate the short cuff feel, but there is enough room to still wear a large wrist watch. I decided to switch to all leather because the old summer gloves that I was wearing had a synthetic suede that frayed and became extremely worn after one year. I highly recommend this glove; just be aware that the fit is slightly smaller since it is all leather construction. I wear a large in all A*'s gloves, so I ordered a large in the GPX--it took about 30 riding hours before the glove was broken in and it now fits perfectly. The glove does have exceptional grip almost to the point to where the throttle position remains the same during front brake application. I have to remove my hand completely from throttle while breaking to avoid engine revolutions during breaking. Recommended product. November 23, 2015
Best glove available at this price point. I bought a pair of these two years ago when they were a new model and just replaced them with the same glove. I think that is the best endorsement I can give them. I ride a lot and wore the GPXs pretty much full time for commuting, touring, and weekend adventures with no issues. The palms of my older pair started to deteriorate from general wear and tear and getting wet more than a few times in South FL where I live. They could flow more air, but I'll take more protection in a get off over ventilation every time. Money well spent for a detailed high protection glove that is comfortable to wear. I have worn a medium glove from other manufacturers but in the Alpinestars I wear a large so you may want to go up a size. November 16, 2015
Solid gloves Awesome Gloves. They started out a little snug but once they wore in they fit perfectly. So comfortable now. They feel very durable! Can't comment on protection as I haven't had to use them for that. November 16, 2015
Very Nice Gloves with Good Protective Features I bought these a couple months ago and have used them on every ride since ! I bought an XL pair in black. They are a good fit but I normally wear a L in gloves. The XL's have been comfortable with no hand fatigue. They are a just a touch warm during the high temps of summer but cool nicely while riding. And just a bit cool with temps below 50. The gloves have several protective features such as: reinforced flap over outer wrist bone, double layers of leather and foam on all impact points, ballistic (plastic) over the knuckles, and the ring and pinky fingers are sewn together. A few stitches have loosened but no holes yet. Perhaps a tiny bit pricey but I purchased these for the added protection (hope I never use!) and I'd say they've delivered. Overall, pretty darn good !
