this product is awesome very easy to install on my 2011 harley street glide i love the sound nice and loud makes heads turn came with all the hard wear needed to install took maybe 2 hrs start to finish May 13, 2015
No one has it! This is my second Akrapovic for a H-D, having had the same system on my 2012 Softail. Long time sportbike guy running Akra, very cool to have them make the Harley Open Line with the same quality and racing background they are known for. Install is straight forward, longest time was removing the stock exhaust then lining up the heat shields. Pre-welded bungs for O2 sensors with block off bolts included. Website shows power and weight savings, but after taking off the stock mufflers, I can tell the bike went on a diet! Performance by the “seat of the pants” gage is noticeable, as is the sound. With the exhaust just forward of the saddle bag on my Street Glide, it’s worth having ear plugs. Make sure you mock up the exhaust for other engine components you may want to add in the future. Due to the routing of the header pipes to the collector, I have had to return my timing cover (RSD Clarity) due to clearance issues and my aftermarket O2 sensors. Big plus is NO ONE runs this exhaust! May 5, 2015
Sharp Looks, Great Sound These pipes came installed when I purchased the bike from the dealer. I know that they had to slightly modify the heat shield to clear the oil tank on the 2014 Breakout. I absolutely love the look of the pipes and the sound that it emits. It is a deep high performance sounding note that is medium loud at idle, decently loud under acceleration and comfortably loud at operating speeds. April 13, 2015
