this is my first one piece suit. I saw a review on webbikeworld.com and he gave it a good review and i liked the features for the price and according to his and revzilla's review the sizing was relaxed and over all a good buy. When i recieved the suit everything was good and the sizing was a little long in the arms and legs but perfect from my neck to torso so i'm cool with the fit. On the bike it is very comfortable. Now i only have 1 issue. The main zipper didn't close the seam properly so the first ride the front came unzipped, luckily i was able to use the second zipper to open then close it. It looks like the zipper pull just needs to be replaced. Not that big of a deal and hopefully under warranty. Other then that i like the suit alot, like i said it's comfortable and all the other features except the zipper i feel are very quality. The ventilation and armor are good and there was enough space for me to add a back protector. Overall a good suit minus the zipper.

This seems an excellent suit for the price. Since I am not a serious racer, I have tried/purchased suits on the low-end price range. I also have an Alpinestars CR ($600 sale price), size 42 fitting quite appropriately snug (see my review of this suit...).
Material and stitching seem top notch. Suit is also breathable, great in warmer-weather riding. Sizing chart is a size too large - I'm 6'1" very slim 32" waist, 165lb, 38" chest. I started with a 46 and had to return it for a 44. Pretty satisfied with it, except it looks a little funny from the back #as many race suits do#. There is a lot of extra material - suit fits very snug around the ankles up to the thigh, across the abs and chest, and zipped up around the neck. But it bulges huge in the back around the hips, waist, and up through the back hump. The material tents on the back, making me look like I'm wearing a backpack from my shoulders to just below my gluteus. It's a little amusing how much more exaggerated this is than other suits I have seen. As seen in the pictures, though, it is VERY sharp from the front. Make sure if you win races or take pictures that you face the camera!
This suit compares quite nicely with the aforementioned Alpinestars. The lack of removable liner is made up by extremely sharp frontal appearance, double zipper #from top and from bottom#, and lower price.
Please note that because the liner is not removable, you may wish to consider a riding suit to absorb sweat and/or body oils. The two piece MSR or one piece Alpinestars, RevIt, or Held suits are ideal, but a simple, snug-fitting cotton blend pant/shirt combination may work just great.

this is the first suit I ever bought so I don't have any experience with full leather suits. To me it seems nice for the price. The fit is good. I'm 5'10", 185 lbs., 35" waist. Got a size 44. The suit looks good to me seems more relaxed fitting then some others. Shipping was quick durring the holidays

According to the size chart, USA 46 has a waist of 31in-34in and fits up to 6ft 1in height and 160-175 lb weight. I believe this is Blue / 46, sku#614847, AGS-SWW-BLBK-46. This is a very unusual size, but seems it would fit me nicely (6ft 1in, 32 waist, 165lb). Further research showed a different sizing chart for this suit. Please confirm this size - if it is accurate I can order this instead of having to go with the more expensive custom-built suit!

The size chart we show is taken directly from AGV, so it should be correct. I would actually recommend trying the US size 44 to start with. At your weight, a US46 will be a bit loose in the chest and waist. The suit should be as tight as you can squeeze into when you first receive it, as it will break in over time.
