Great value! Sizing was spot on and these pants are comfortable right out of the box. Since these are not perforated, air flow is nonexistent. So if you're looking for a summer pant I suggest the perforated ones. The knee pucks are cheap looking but that is easily replaceable so it was a non issue with me. Other than that I feel they will do their job and hold up well in a case of an emergency. If you're on a budget or don't feel like spending a lot on riding pants, I highly suggest these. The zippers do fit into the sport agv dragon jacket I just bought the sport dragon jacket and willow pants and the zippers do match up. Maybe it's a product revision? In any case you can take the zippers to a tailor and they may be able to make it work for the gear you own. as other reviewers mentioned the fit is spot on. I'm 5'10" and weigh 174 pounds. I'm comfortable in a size 34. I'm happy with this purchase. October 12, 2014
Great pair of leather pants! These pants offer good protection and aren't as expensive as most leather pants on the market. They have a quality look and feel to them. The zippers are strong and the pants feel like they will last a long time. I bought the same size as I wear in Levi jeans and the fit is spot on. The armor is were it should be when I have these on and they do not feel restrictive at all. I purchased both the perforated and non perforated versions of the pants. The perforated ones move a ton of air. So much that if it's not hot out you may get cold wearing them. Both versions felt good but the non perforated version does seem thicker and more durable. Love the pants, if you want a pair of leather pants but don't want to break the bank these are perfect August 18, 2014
Feel Good and protective These fit true to size, I wear 32 so I ordered the size 30 which the chart shows is 32, make sure you check the chart so you order the desired size. These feel heavy and thick which is what I expected, pockets are deep enough for phone/wallet. They are warm so get the perforated ones if you are riding in warm weather. Only issue for me is I don't tuck my pants in my boots but when the legs are zipped they will not fit over boots. Otherwise I think these are a great value for the price. June 12, 2014
Fits like Levis jeans Yes, I usually do not buy pants or jackets at Internet, because tha sizes are allways a problem, but this pants are so cheap and well done, that I take the risk. I usually fit 38 at Levis 501 jeans, so I order 38, and they fit perfect at legs and wist. Tha leather is perfect for protection and the air flow as good as textile pants. Thank You Revzilla for the video and advise. January 2, 2014
Gets the job done. Again, they are not 400$ Alpinestar pants, but very durable. Being thick leather they might take some time getting use to, and breaking-in. I started riding around winter time. Come summer time, I felt naked riding without full leathers on. I plan on wearing these pants on those cold trackdays since they have less perf than my race suit and have a 360 zipper that may or may not zip to the Willow jacket, I know for a fact they do not zip to the Dragon leather jacket. These pants are great for the budget rider. Vary maneuverable, pockets for loose change and keys, lighter. Keep yourself from looking like an Astar poster boy with these low price, excellent quality leather pants. December 23, 2013
A good stuff!!! I made a fully research about this item ´cause I had a huge size problem with another brand (Italian one), I read all reviews from Revzilla and others pages. The Item is good quality stuff, it has everything as you see in other brands, full leather, CE protectors, sliders (no so good quality, however I think will work), internal Cushing at the hips (removable), elastics panel at the knees and sides along the pants, etc. I´m 34 in jeans, but I bought a 36 (better have more room than look like a sausage), it fit great!!! Very comfortable, great look, awesome pants for what you pay!!! October 28, 2013
Fit like a glove Finding a leather jacket is easy, but finding leather pants that fits well is not easy. This AGV fit like a glove without compromising the material and protection. This is not my first pants, but the one that made me feel that I made a right choice. The material is in high quality. It is slightly heavy, but it comes with protection. September 16, 2013

Andre N: Chose these pants based on reviews from other riders. Pants are comfortable, very thick, and they give me the feeling that I won't lose any skin if I should go down. Plenty of padding all around, and the knee protection is exceptional. Keys and cell phone will fit in pockets and if the phone is on vibrate it could be felt when ringing. I would recommend these pants if you're looking for safety. Dec 17, 2013

Anthony A asked: So if I wear a 28 in Levis am I SOL? Feb 27, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (2) No (0)
A S: By "SOL" he means is he "5hit out of luck" because the smallest size is 2" bigger than his waist. It would depend on what he's planning to wear underneath the pants. Jun 30, 2014

Sime G: Hi, I understand that SOL means Small, in that case yes, but the smallest size is 30, so I think the 30 will be a light bigger. Feb 27, 2014

Joshua T: They are a snug fit, so a 30 should be ok for you. Feb 27, 2014

A shopper asked: 34" waist and 28" inseam - will size 32 fit well? Or size 34 will be better choice? Jul 11, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Brian F: Choose the 32" inseam. 34 is larger than you may anticipate.

Also, the 32" has a better fit in thigh and knee area. This will give your leathers a snugger fit.

The 34" waist will be baggie, given the 28" inseam length. The pant volume has a noticeably different cut between the 32 and 34 inch waist.

The AGV's are a great value. I'm very pleased with both the perforated and non-perforated.

Gerardo C: I`m 34 waist, standard thights, 200 pounds and bought the 36, fits great with a bit roomy for my heat out pants, however you can buy 34, this brand is true size. I recommend the brand, you will get quality pants for the money you will pay. Jul 11, 2014

A s: I think if you order pant size 32, which according to the sizing chart would be 33.5 waist and 30 inseam you should be good. I think if you order size 34 they would be too big and too long. Hope that helps, ride safe! Jul 11, 2014

Jeremy K asked: Will these pants survive the occasional downpour? Dec 29, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Keith P: Yes they will survive, but not necessarily keep you totally dry. I rode about half a day in the rain. When I stopped the thighs were somewhere between very damp and a slightly wet. They dried overnight, back to original state the next morning.

Personally next time I'd keep riding through a short downpour, but would stop and put on rain pants if I planned on riding for long in the rain.

Note: I gave them a light application of good quality leather conditioner before wearing them.

Steve L: They will, but like all leather products make sure to dry them out quickly and put some leather conditioner or honey or the leather will get stiff. I have worn them in a few downpours and only my feet got wet. Dec 29, 2013

Ben G: I have no reason to think they wouldn't. I rode in a consistent mist/rain for a few hours without harm. You'll want to treat them from time to time regardless. Dec 29, 2013

Jackson W asked: Will these pants or the perforated version zip to an AGV Canyon jacket? Jul 23, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
David P: sorry but I don't know the answer to that yet but I aim to find out. I love these pants so far but do want to get a jacket that mates well to them. I Don't really like the look of the willow jacket which, I reckon mates to them but I like the canyon as well. let me know if you find the answer. Jul 23, 2014
Reply to David Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
James B: Perhaps,

What does the zipper on the jacket look like? These have a very coarse zip zipper, and actually come with the other side so you likely could see the other into your jacket if they didn't fit

A shopper asked: What size should I choose, 30 or 32 if I have 32" waist and 27" inseam (167 cm tall) ?

AGV size chart shows 32" waist for size 30 (men's leather pants table).

Sime G: I bought the size 30 and I am smaller than you. The pant fitted a litle big bigger so I adjusted the straps located around the waist. I use size 30-30 by the way.
Size 32 I think will be too big for you. It is better to use this kind of pants tight, so I recommend you go for the size 30

A shopper asked: Will this zip to a dainese jacket. Jul 31, 2012
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
4phantom9: Possibly. The 360 zip and the 8" zip come with both halves of the zipper and zip starting from the right side. If it doesn't and you know someone or are willing to pay someone to put the upper half of the zipper into your jacket, you could go that route. Feb 14, 2013
Reply to 4phantom9 Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: The AGV Sport Willow Leather Pants will not zip to a Dainese jacket. Typically, manufacturer's use specific size zippers, which require you to have a matching jacket and pant in order to connect the two. Aug 1, 2012
