Worth the $ For the price, one of the best suits. Only needed it once so far, kept me dry and warm. One design flaw... the velcro used to tighten up the lower portion of the pant leg faces forward. Although pleated so no rain can get by, does slightly catch in the wind. Over time once the velcro starts to wear out, this could be an issue. Not a deal breaker though July 20, 2015
cant beat it Very good quality. I only wore it 2 to 3 times and each time I pulled over to put it on I only really needed it for maybe 30 miles in the rain was over. But I do not regret buying this Rain's to having it available in the time of need and the space to put it away it's a must have. June 29, 2015
Cheap & It Works It's a cheap option for rain gear that works. Period. Just be mindful for those of you with longer limbs this probably won't be a great option. They've kept me dry on my 40 minute commute through some heavier rains but they're a tad short in the leg and arms for me (still better than nothing though). Purchased size L and it fits over my size L Cortech mesh jacket with liners & riding jeans w/ armor. On a functional note, you can put the pants on over your boots (no need to take them off). No air flow...but that's kind of the point. June 1, 2015
Good Value, sizing is true to size Have not worn suit in rain yet, however, tried on over normal riding gear and size large chosen was correct for me, 71.5" tall, 32" inseam, 170 lbs. Can't say about the actual durability or protection as it has not been worn. Has sufficient pockets and appears to be well made as other AGV gear I have. May 11, 2015
Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this suit... I have had SIDI rain suits previously ... which were remarkably thin and average at keeping you dry... when I ordered this suit .... and for the price I paid ... I was expecting a slightly better than average product. However... I was immediately surprised at how substantial it felt, the quality and fit of the suit. I am 5'9 and 250 lbs ... I bought the xxl and can confirm it fits very well over my leathers wit out feeling bulky... I have not had to use the suit in full rain yet.... but I am confident it will keep me dry. My only complaint...albeit a small one is that the cuffs are elasticated and feel slightly uncomfortable after a while... would have preferred velcro cuffs with a soft edge.... but again at this price... still a good product. Perfect for affordable rain suit! So I got this because after riding in the rain a few times and being soaked I hated it, and it has turned out to be a great investment. Only used it about three times in the last three months but no complaints from me. March 16, 2015
rainy weather got this rain suit but have not tried it out yet but like the way it fits and looks on me February 24, 2015
Great product, great color and good price This rain suit is amazing, great color (I bought the yellow one) and design with a super fast shipping by revzilla. For sure I recommend this product February 23, 2015

A shopper asked: what about rain seepage in the crotch area.. seems a lot of suits have that issue and people complain about it? It's not fun! May 9, 2014

Shaun B: I haven't tested this yet but the seams on this suit seem very tight all over. I've had a few rain suits over the years and this one appears to be better than any I've had. For the price, I think it's hard to beat. Also the Hi-viz is VERY H-viz which is what you want when you're caught riding in the rain. May 9, 2014

Eduard R: I would say it will be uncomfortable as is like a wind breaker and the martial is not flexible. Try a bigger size but you will run a chance of rain getting in :-) Nov 16, 2014

Harald Kausland L: Probably not. The fit is quite tight. And in the event that you skip the backpack it might get uncomfortable during high speeds. Nov 16, 2014

Don G: Maybe if you went an additional size up Nov 16, 2014

Shaun B: If the backpack were quite slim it would fit - I wear this suit over my Alpinestars Capetown jacket and there is a bit of room in the back; I haven't tried my backpack however it is large and would not fit underneath the rain jacket. My jacket is XL as is the rain suit. Nov 16, 2014

Eric H: only if you up-size, but then it will likely be baggy and get beat to shreds flapping in the wind. I had this problem just oversizing by one size to fit over riding gear.
I think you'd be better off putting your things in a dry-bag and shoving in your backpack.

A shopper asked: Is this rain suit "compressible", or easily stashed away not taking much space when storing? Apr 3, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Erin K: Well, it comes with a little bag to store it in, seems like it compresses to a relatively small size. It will fit under a spider net on a tail of my sport bike... But it's still rather heavy, we're planning on each taking one to Ireland in a week and I'm pretty sure it adds at least two pounds, comparable to a 1" binder filled with paper. Rather weighty, but compact. Hope that helps Apr 3, 2015

Alex L: The suit comes with a small bag. It might take 2-3 trys to get it to fit but it does indeed fit. The bag should be small enough for most saddle bags or backpacks. Apr 3, 2015

gary j: Yes, this is compressible much more so than others I've seen. In fact, I return a previous rain suit for this one because of it's ability to compress. Apr 3, 2015

Zack M asked: I am 6'2 and weigh 220. I wear an XL shirt and 34 inch pants. Should I go with an XL? Also, I see some saying the high viz option is great others say its hideous. I figure it wouldnt be bad to have for the rain so that I am more visible. May 20, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Darrin B: I bought the hi viz option. Who cares what things look like when you ride a motorcycle, no one sees us so any advantage helps out. I didn't think it was hideous. I also ride with a high viz helmet.

Also I am very similar to your measurements and I ordered the XL and it worked fine for me. Hope this helps.
May 21, 2015
Reply to Darrin Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Muhd Zaki Azre R: XL is a good choice since you normally wearing an XL shirt as it will fit perfectly. However I suggest you to go one size up if you are planning to carry a backpack so you can wear it over your backpack. I really like the high viz colour as it really help others to see you in the rain. I hope this is helpful. May 25, 2015
Eduard R: I am 6"6 and 220lb and fits fine slightly baggy but I think it's better that way when it's damp.
Visibility-wise...it has the reflective parts but you can't compare that to yellow neon ones. I ride 99% in the city so visibility was less of an issue for me.
Hope this helps.

Todd W: I would go with the XXL. I'm a couple inches taller and the biggest problem I see with this suit is that it's too short.

If you want to look like a giant banana on your bike, get the yellow suit. If you want to look like a motorcyclist, stick with the black.

A shopper asked: I'm wearing RST Ventilator Series 4, size S. Do i get SM or MD? Mar 17, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Todd W: I would get the size medium. I'm 6' 4" -225lbs. and was reading reviews about the fit of this rain suit and a couple of the bigger people that wrote reviews said the fit of the XL was good. I found the suit to run a bit small and the pants to be too short while riding (they ride up my leg). Go with the medium. Mar 17, 2015

Joey R asked: Will armored jacket and pants fit underneath? Dec 16, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RICKY K: Yes, this rain suit jacket fit over my Cortech textile jack with both the shoulder armor and elbow armor and both jacket liners. The pants also fit over my Tour Master riding pants with knee armor, hip pads and with the internal liner.

The pant fit over my Dainese TRQ-Tour Gore-Tex boots as well.

However, if you have short boots (just above the ankle) the pants may not be long enough to go over the short boot. But if you have full height boots (like the ones I have), the length will be fine, (at least for me, the length was good).

Erin K: I bought this for my bf for christmas, and although he has not tried it on yet, I did try it on as I ride too. Under my leather jacket and jeans, the rain suit fits well, although very baggy in the legs for me (I got a large for him) and I know he's built a bit bigger than me... Only thing I found slightly restricting was the neck area but in a rain storm I'd rather have that snug then loose. If it works for him, I plan to buy myself one in a size down. Dec 16, 2014

Alejandro h: Yes an armored jacket will fit underneath. I currently wear a medium alpine star jacket and a medium tour master armored over pants underneath a size medium. I also wear over my alpine star jacket but underneath the rain jacket. its a little tight but fits Dec 16, 2014

W A: I wear a Dainese jacket with the titanium shoulder cups etc... I would say it will fit over armored gear. This rain suit worked excellent in a 70 mile ride with rain the entire distance. Dec 17, 2014

Harald Kausland L: You might have to get a size larger than your armored gear. I wear them over AGV leathers. The material is quite thick so the fit might be tight. Dec 17, 2014
Shaun B: I bought in XL and it fits over my Icon leather pants and my XL Alpinestars jacket, both of which have CE armor Dec 17, 2014

Muhd Zaki Azre R: L should be okay. But if you carry a backpack woth you, I reckon one size larger which XL so that you can cover your backpack underneath. Feb 3, 2015

A shopper asked: I have a Lick's solo bag on my Sportster, so I'm hopeful that this suit compresses small enough to fit the bag. Has anyone packed this suit in a Lick's bag? If you own the suit would you mind packing it down as small as possible and taking some measurements? I am able to easily fit my lightweight camping rain jacket and pants, but I imagine the AGV is a bit bulkier. Thanks for the help. Jun 28, 2015
