AGV Sport Photon Perforated Leather Jacket
Excellent look/style, love the jacket.
First, I would like to say I'm a new rider and have a textile/mesh jacket (Alpinestars Viper). I love that jacket, but this jacket is a whole other ball game.
FIT: I am 5'8" about 150lbs (lean but athletic). Let me start with that I used the size chart and I chanced it on a size 40. This was based on sizing of a different AGV jacket (dragon) that fits completely different. I was swimming in the dragon but in the photon 40 it was too tight. I called Revzilla and they shipped out a 42 right away! This jacket fits like a glove. The hump takes a little getting used to, but when riding it feels great. The sleeves for me go right past the wrist bone. The length of the jacket fits the way a sport motorcycle jacket should fit, slightly shorter than a regular fashion jacket.
COMFORT: I rode last night, which was around 90 degrees and about 100 in the day. I have to say without the liner, the jacket breathed well. I never felt hot, and to be honest, it almost had as much air flow as my Alpinestars jacket. I wouldn't think so, but I guess the way the jacket is designed and the aerohump helps. It does heat up if you are at a stand still in that kind of heat. I'm not brave enough to wear in the day time with sun and an additional 10 degrees. I don't know if it is just me, but I think I get less vibration wearing this jacket. I feel that with my textile/mesh jacket it catches a little wind and tugs me around. But with the photon I feel as if I am more aerodynamic as I feel "slipperier" in the air. I need to ride again, but I also feel like I get less turbulence behind the helmet. I love the jacket's look, the fit is snug but confidence inspiring, and it provides me a feeling of quality and safety.

Bang for the buck! 1 or 2 sizes smaller though...
Great leather jacket and well worth it for the leather quality and the features it has.
I would caution people to buy 2 sizes up if you have an athletic or medium size built though. I am 5'4", 160 lbs with athletic/medium size built.
I ordered size 42, and normally wear a 40. With a 42 it was quite small with all the pads. If I were racing on the track, it would be fine. However, I plan to wear it for summer commuting.
Because I'm used to wearing somewhat loose jackets, I had to remove the back protector and shoulder pads. It already has the exterior aluminum insert, and forearm/elbow pad too, not to mention the sport hump and a backpack I usually wear.
It does feel a lot more comfortable without all the pads. I should've ordered a size 44 instead, but Revzilla is sold out.
I would only complain about the length of the waist, as it does sit quite high. If you are overweight, it could be a problem trying to zip it and attach to a pair of pants.
This type of jacket may not be the style for certain body builds. It really is made for fit riders who race on the track occasionally...

Nice looking jacket
Runs small, feels more of a race fit in my size. Useless tiny pockets, probably carry a backpack or tank bag with you. Still pretty new so still needs to break in for a better review. Good airflow ...so far I like but I can't wear layers.. Unless I go a size up.

Great jacket becuase im short!
Im 5"9 athletic build with shorter arms . This jacket fits 100% perfect and for the cost it looks great feels great has great protection. If your tall i can imagine how this would be too small.

This jacket is really good for the price
I'm 5'8 160 lbs using the measurement guidelines on the website, I was going to order a size 42 however it was out of stock, The next size available in the color I wanted was 44 so I ordered it anyway. It fits perfectly. I would say buy 2 sizes bigger than usually wear. I live in NY and its cold right now so I haven't tried it out on the bike yet.

Great little jacket, but a zipper issue?
As said, it's a great deal, a little small but tight is good.
Issue is the perimeter zipper doesn't mesh with my AGV Sport Laguna pants. It's not the same zipper as my AGV Sport Monza jacket.

Great bang for the buck!
A great bang for the buck jacket. Fits snug like a glove, (as I expected it too) which makes me feel even more protected and gives that aggressive look especially with the speed hump. Ventilation is amazing! I know it's winter and snowing everywhere else, but here in sunny San Diego it's perfect all year around. I read reviews that a lot of people had sizing issues, but it seemed to fit perfect for me. Just remember to use the sizing chart if you're not sure! I'm 6'1 205lbs and wear a XL and got a size 48. (What I did was looked at the sizes on the textile jacket measurements and got that size for the leather jacket). I can see if you are over weight, it could be too snug or possibly not fit. But for the average build, amazing.
Overall. Love the jacket. Get the jacket. Get the jacket in the right size. And ride safe!
