Look on Joe Rocket's website for sizing details at JoeRocket.com, But it looks as it you'll be a 44. I'm 5'9", 170 lbs, 41.5" chest, 33" Waist, and I fit a 42, and it's tight on the shoulders. This suit has a built in back protector and aero hump, so I would advise against using a separate back protector.Age: 25-34
