1st Race Suit and freaking love it.
Don't really know what's up with the broken zipper thing happened to me too. That being said Rev was awesome getting me a replacement ASAP. Wore the suit at the track on NOV 30, 60 degrees in Texas. Up until the purchase of this suit I have never worn anything that expensive so I was nervous to wear it. Got over that real quick. In my opinion this suit is freaking awesome. Air Movement, Mobility, Comfort (with both a chest and back protector in place) was great. I have never worn a suit before (only zip-together pants and jacket, also AGVsport) and it was very comfortable with complete freedom of movement on the bike. I'm 6' tall and weigh 202lbs, and wearing a chest and back and back protector as stated before, I ordered a size 50 (ordered off the chest size same size as my AGVsport Photon jacket).
Fit in the chest is race snug yet totally comfortable, everywhere else the fit is very comfortable. I have what I would consider smaller calves and as a result there is a little extra material to tuck into my boots but with no discomfort. So if you have larger calves, no worries. After a full day at the track the chest had broken in a bit and I was very happy with the fit. Armor is CE certified and the titanium shoulder slider is over stitched onto the shoulder which I believe is stronger than cut in and sewn around the slider as seen on some comparable suits. The look of this suit I really like. I love this suit and I believe you will as well. Marked good on protection and features only because I haven't crashed in it yet and it is an "entry Level" suit. Meaning not all the bells and whistles of a $3000.00 suit.

This product falls short of expectations
I needed an upgrade from my previous two-piece Joe Rocket suit and ordered this based on a positive review in the BMW MOA magazine. I am slim, 6'1", 185 lbs, 42 in chest and started with a size 44 that I had to exchange for a 46. It still fit pretty tight and the arms are quite short, barely overlapped by standard track gloves. I had to trim the foam edges of the armor inserts to get them to fit properly in their interior pockets. The sewing on the Velcro tab at the top of the zipper came loose on the first use, and I had to repair it. One leg zipper broke on my second trackday and I had to have that replaced. The removable liner is loose and bulky on the inside and I ended up removing it in favor of a one-piece undersuit which is more comfortable and makes entry/exit easier. I like the overall look of this suit and I have it fitting the way I want now, but I would have chosen something else if I had known about the lack of attention to detail in this model.

Nice suit for the track
Decent value for a suit under a grand. Haven't worn it at the track yet but be advised, the suit fits small. I'm 5'-11" -167 pounds and ordered one size up from 40 to 42. (In retrospect, a 44 would have been a better fit but I like my suits tight).
If you choose this suit order 2 sizes up.
All and all the suit looks great and I'm looking forward to trying it on the track. Hope this helps you in your choice, men.

Stephen H: Very satisfied with both my perforated Willow Pants and Photon Jacket. Wanted a suit to start racing in and the price was good and I expect the same great quality from this suit that I got with my other AGV Sport gear.Oct 26, 2013
A shopper asked:What knee protection does this suit offer, besides the pucks? I currently own AGV perforated Willow pants and they have ample knee armor. It would feel weird and would like going to a suit with little to no protection on the knees.Sep 21, 2013
David D:The Imola racesuit has all the required racing armor, including robust knee/shin protection. One thing I had to do with most of the armor to make the fit better was to trim the foam edges of the armor inserts down to better fit in the pockets in the suit. This was especially true of the elbow/forearm inserts. Overall, I am pleased with the suit, but like the other guy in the reviews said, it runs small. I am 6' 1" @ 185lbs and ordered a 44 which I could not squeeze into at all. I ended up exchanging for a 46, which fits well.Sep 24, 2013
