Saved my noggin I lowsided in my Winter Test going around 50 mph on a right hander. I slammed the side of my head onto the pavement and I am still here....and can still somewhat spell! The GP-Tech is an incredible helmet! I've always been a Shoei guy, but I could't go back due to the GP-Tech's light weight. The field of vision is a tiny bit narrower, but since the shield sits closer to your face, it's not an issue. The tear off posts, you would not even notice they're there. It flows air excellently and you can limit the airflow with the venting controls making 45 degree San Francisco night rides bearable. Also, they weren't kidding when they said the helmet is aero-dynamic. High-speed head checks are not a problem. The fit and finish, outstanding. Even the smell of the helmet....intoxicating. Just a heads up, my helmet is a little snug around the ears. I wouldnt be able to fit speakers. To me, this is not a concern because I would rather focus on the ride and hear the music of my L-twin. I owe my life to this helmet. Am I gonna get another AGV? Absolutely! I got $10 in zilla cash, I'm almost there! March 20, 2013

Great racing helmet I've been using a Shoei for a long time now, but my friend gave me his old AGV helmet recently. I found the weight of the helmet and the aerodynamics much better than the Shoei helmets. The GP TECH is much quieter than the Shoei and visor easier to use. I find the strap to be a little difficult to tighten because the straps don't slide to well along the D-rings but I guess thats a good thing to keep it from sliding off too. December 13, 2012
Quality Craftsmanship and Excelent Design, So Italian. I love the interior of this helmet. Not only does it look like a tailored Italian suit, the air wicking materials are comfortable on hot days and are easily removed for cleaning. The areo-dynamics of this helmet are wonderful! No buffetting at high speeds when I am riding uprite on my naked bike nor tucked on my sportbike. The yellow on this helmet is hi-viz yellow which was not mentioned on the website and it does not quite match my S1000RR's sunshine yellow. So, I may have to get a new bike!! August 27, 2012
