This elastic, vented roost deflector is making its US-market debut this year. Acerbis R&D has improved this popular item by obtaining proper certification in accordance with strict safety laws. With reinforced polypropylene guards and padding on the elbows, shoulders, chest and back, this improved safety piece will surely become a favorite in the U.S.
CE certified shoulders, chest, back, elbows and forearm protectors
Waist belt with double strap fastening
Back plate with covered rivets: removable and washable
good pressure suit
This is my standard pressure suit that I wear on my dirtbike.
I've crashed tested this many times and I've walked away unscathed.
This fits like a euro-cut, so if you are a portly gentleman look elsewhere.
One thing is that I removed the armour that goes over the collar bone. There aren't a lot of suits that have that anyways. That bit of armour would hit my helmet as I turned my head sideways.

I received the full black version of the armor instead of the yellow and black style which is pretty aggressive on the street. Overall it looks really cool and it's a bargain for what you get. I ride year-round on my vstrom 650 and wanted more protection and ventilation from hotter days on the trails and touring.
I bought the L/XL size and fits just fine for my large chest and felt comfortable all day. I'm 6' 235 lbs and have no problems moving around in the lightweight armor, standing or tucked in.
The back protector is large enough to cover the sides of the back, and it also has an adjustable collar bone protection for trail riding, the neck piece however, gets in the way of looking over the shoulder. The shoulder protection is large enough to cover the bicep area and the elbow protectors are long enough to wear gauntlet leather gloves. The chest protectors are large enough to cover my chest without any constrictions.
A few gripes with the armor is the loose stitching on the top portion of the shoulder pads and velcro around the forearm pads as they wear and tear quickly. It won't last so I'm going to replace it with buckle straps and reinforcements. The elastic bands are easy to adjust and is durable for the quality. Airflow on the chest protectors are somewhat limited because of its design, but the rest of the armor is fully ventilated through the large mesh. in 100 degree days the elbow pads are not vented so it gets sweaty around the elbows.
I think this is a great bargain for dual sport, and aggressive riders who are looking for better protection in hot weather rather than having a heavy jacket. It's an awesome deal for the price!

Saved my shoulder
This is a great piece of protection! I took a couple of hard hits with mine last season and I'm glad to have this. I'm pretty sure it saved my shoulder from being dislocated riding in the trails.
I'm 5'8'" and weight 150 lbs. I pretty skinny. I wear a size small and that even is slightly roomy. It is still very comfortable and you forget it's on as soon as you get rolling. I wear it with under my jersey. The is nice and wide too so it covers a lot.

Worth every penny!
Solid looking amour, Huge back plate,
the only thing that was a little tight was the arms section,
if my arms were any bigger It would be a dam tight fit...
overall great value...
