Warehouse / Facilities Manager

RevZilla seeks an experienced warehouse manager to grow our fulfillment team and manage our facility in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate has previous inventory control, team leadership, and facilities management experience in a pick, pack & ship warehouse environment. Candidate will also take a methodical and metrics-driven approach to problem solving and performance.

Warehouse Management Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects RevZilla's Philadelphia warehouse operation ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly, quickly and efficiently to exceed customers’ expectations.
• Intimately understand and manage the business rules, software, and vendor relationships related to RevZilla's fulfillment operation and proprietary eCommerce / fulfillment platform
• Supervise, train and lead team of warehouse personnel.
• Day-to-day management of the fulfillment team including hands-on training, coaching, time & schedule management, and performance reviews.
• Develop a staffing strategy to handle daily, weekly and seasonal peaks.
• Warehouse organization / planning to handle seasonal fluctuation in inventory levels (types of inventory being stocked, and quantities)
• Manage warehouse shipping supplies ensuring inventory levels are maintained and costs are minimized
• Manage relationships with shipping carriers / vendors / suppliers with a continued focus on improved efficiencies

Facilities Management Responsibilities:

• Opening / Closing plan
• Building Security
• Building Maintenance
• Contractor Management
• Building Project Management
• Contingency / Disaster Planning & Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or industrial / operations management preferred
• Exceptional people & communication skills, ability to motivate, coach and train in an ever-changing environment
• Previous inventory management experience
• Ability to analyze and continuously improve current conditions with regard to efficiency, safety and profitability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Extremely strong computer skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, ever-evolving high growth environment (picture early days at Zappos or Amazon) eCommerce experience a plus
• Proactivity & hustle required
